Emmette Barran, CCIM, and Lee Barran attended the 2006 ICSC Southeastern Conference in Atlanta, Georgia during the month of October. The annual conference and trade show is the one place that all regional players in the shopping center industry can showcase their developments and lease their additional space. The conference is attended by developers, retailers, lenders and other parties involved in the shopping center industry.
