Back in August, Gateway Commercial Brokerage was awarded the Main Street Alabama award for Excellence in Public/Private Partnerships. This was received for the 307 Second Project on 2nd Avenue in Decatur.
"The Excellence in Public/Private Partnerships award was received for the restoration of 307 Second Avenue into a multi-use residential/retail/storage complex together with revamped landscaping and parking, the only building and grounds restoration in this category to receive the statewide award."
