E. Lee Barran, Jr. and Emmette Barran, CCIM saw great opportunity when they were presented with Southern Family Markets closing in Guntersville, Alabama. "We saw only possibilities to improve our grocery store" says Emmette Barran. Foodland a regional grocery store chain from Albertville, Alabama signed a new long term lease for 31,650 square feet in Southgate Shopping Center. Foodland is currently renovating the existing space and plans to open in early 2010.
