Al Jones and Emmette Barran, CCIM placed the Social Security Office on McGlathery Drive located in Decatur, Alabama. Barran and Jones were instrumental in assisting the developer with all of his due diligence to get the site approved and walking the project through the planning process. Al represented a Kentucky based developer on site selection for the project, and Barran represented the Seller in the transaction.
