Bender's Gym signed their third long lease with Gateway Commercial Brokerage. The 24 hour gym will be located in Southgate Shopping Center in Guntersville, Alabama. "We feel that this is a much needed asset for the city of Guntersville" said Emmette Barran. Bender's opened in October and is now accepting members. The facility offers almost 9,000 square feet of the latest workout equipment and professional trainers are on staff.
